Property Specialist and Business Advisory
As former Managing Director of MB Workwear (South Africa’s largest manufacturer and distributor of personal protective clothing) Leon Raubenheimer joined the board in 2015 following the company’s acquisition by Jacobs Capital.
Having graduated with a B.Iuris degree, Leon’s career began in the legal world as a public prosecutor. In 1987, he moved into business when he joined the family CMT (cut, make and trim) business. Under his guidance, this operation grew both organically and through acquisition until it was merged with Marburg Manufacturers in 2005 to create MB Workwear.
His unique combination of entrepreneurial flair and on-the-ground business skills, in addition to considerable property experience, unlocks immeasurable value for many companies – both those already in the Jacobs Capital investment portfolio and those requiring sound restructuring strategies to be put in place.
Leon’s skills, experience and proven leadership qualities make him an asset to the Jacobs Capital team.
